About Cyburi's Game Management Online Tool

This online tool is designed to assist coaches in efficiently assessing the game and managing their team effectively in real-time. It allows for the monitoring of each play's intended and unintended actions while keeping track of all players' court positions, automatically rotating according to each play. By doing so, coaches can focus on coaching tactical plays more effectively. The tool operates in three distinct phases:

Phase I - Setting Up: In this phase, coaches can save up to 5 lineups in advance. They select the starting lineup and announce it to the players. Double-check the rotation number at the start and determine which team serves first. For each position from 1 to 6, you can enter two players' jersey numbers separated by a hyphen; substitutions can be easily toggled with a single tap. Once players are verified in the correct positions, you may proceed to the next phase by clicking the "New Game" button.

Phase II - Recording Live Play: Coaches can switch between the trendline visual screen and recording play screen during this phase. To record each play, simply click anywhere on the trendline table. After each play, coaches can tap on the action button to record whether the home or away team won and make notes on any intended or unintended actions. The tool automatically tracks the rotation play by play during side outs. To sub a player, simply click to swap out the player #. During timeouts, coaches can choose to display the trend-line, providing effective guidance.

Phase III - Closing Out: Please note that this online tool intends to manage live game and does not persist data for long-term purpose. To keep game notes, you must take action within your browser to "share" or print out before next game. First, clicking on the "Report-click here" footnote generates a comprehensive play-by-play report on a single page. Coaches can then print out this report with the game breakdown or share it as a PDF using the iOS share feature.
